Very friendly and welcoming staff. The place is nice and has a nice ambiance. It was a Friday and the crowd was in a good mood. I sat inside at the "bar". They have a nice outdoor seating area. They have an interesting selection of drinks from soft drinks to alcoholic beverages. I had a traditional ginger beer. The food was great. I had a Teriyaki chicken ramen. It was very tasty. Next time, I will try a higher grade of spiciness. I recommend the place.

I picked this place on yelp and boy am I glad I did! Great food, great service .... We will be back

First time at Noodle Boulevard, was craving noodles and heard so many great things about this place, so we decided to give this place a try and I was thoroughly impressed! You can choose a spice level of 0-6 with each dish, which I thought was such a neat concept. I ordered the Chicken Curry Ramen Bowl with a spice level of 5, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The spice level added a perfect, silent kick without overpowering the rich flavors of the curry. The chicken was tender and flavorful, all the flavors of the soup just soaked into each piece. The ramen bowl included: fresh greens, a soft boiled egg, crispy wonton strips, crisp bean sprouts, pickled mustard greens and a lime wedge. All the flavors went harmoniously together for the best umami experience. The noodles were also cooked al dente which is exactly how they should be! The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and friendly, and the staff were so kind and very attentive. I highly recommend Noodle Boulevard for anyone looking to enjoy a deliciously satisfying bowl of ramen. Loved this place, will definitely be back!

Best chicken curry ramen ever! Add corn and chili paste to taste. It's worth the drive from Chapel Hill!

I always get the tofu curry from here with a level 3 spice. It's DELICIOUS. My fiance loves this place too. When he comes to visit, we go once a week. He has tried several different ramen bowls and has enjoyed them all. He also like the karaage. It's the perfect place for a rainy day! Hope to try more of their vegetarian options soon!

Stopped in for an early lunch in Cary, where there seems to be a plethora of noodle places in the area. We had the vegetable ramen and miso ramen, two of the more basic options. My broth could have been warmer, however the noodles had a nice chew and was served with all the typical toppings. A little more than I'm used to paying for ramen, but still worth a very tasty bowl of yum. Thankfully, this is not too far of a jaunt from CH.

This ramen spot has been on my list for a while now. The description says cozy, and it certainly is, but they're doing so well that I fear cozy is now the wrong word. It's crowded and there isn't a perfect system for getting seated, it was a little hectic. While this isn't a bad thing for the business, and I'm happy that they're thriving, I think some might get upset about the disorganization of it all. There isn't a hostess, you just wait till a server has a second to seat someone. I got lucky because there was a bunch of large parties waiting and I was a party of two. We got sat pretty quickly at the little bar that had 2 seats open. Although it's a sit down place and a server will come to you, they're all just running around doing things. They'll take your order and that's about it. No hate though, just being frank about what you might walk into on a Friday or Saturday night. Despite the hecticness, our food came out extremely fast. I thought the tonkotsu broth tasted a little odd, but the vegetable one was good! I'm super picky about ramen and I was happy to find something I enjoyed. Overall, I would go back at a less popular time and try something else and I know a lot of people that love this place. It's worth a try for sure.

Came here with a friend on a Friday evening around 6:15 pm. It was pretty crowded! There was extra parking down the hill towards the hotel. My friend and I only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to open up. We had to share with two other people but that was okay! The inside is cute with a nice atmosphere. All the ramens on the menu sounded very good. All the workers were helpful and gave good recommendations, all very nice. I ordered a Bao bun to start and the black garlic ramen. I loved both of them. The bun had great flavors and was a great way to start the meal. My ramen was delicious. The flavors worked so well together and it was delicious. It was very filling. I thought the prices were very average for Ramen, about $18 for a bowl. Overall, a great place for Ramen!

Delicious. We tried the bun with chicken, beef ramen, veggie ramen with duck, and rice with pork kids meal for the little man. Everything was delicious and the food came out relatively quickly. I ordered a 'medium' heat level and it seemed spot on. Hubs ordered a 2 on a 1 to 6 heat scale and his was sufficiently hot. The patio has umbrella tables and seats at least 30-40 people. We will be back to try more menu items.
